Profile photos are stored in secure cloud storage with access controls to ensure only authorized users can view them.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Period.

We may share limited data in the following circumstances:

  • Within the app: Your display name, WhatNot username, profile photo, and reliability score are visible to other RaidConductor users you interact with (e.g., other participants in a raid train you've joined).
  • Service providers: We use third-party services (Supabase for backend/database, Expo for push notifications) that process data on our behalf to operate the app. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies.

If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
